Do you want someone to be with you during your appointment? You are most welcome to have a family member or a support person with you. After all, we understand that sometimes, you just need someone there to help you listen, to tell their side of your story, or simply just to hold your hand.
We understand that some matters are just too delicate to be alone with the doctor.
Whatever your gender, if you want a member of our staff to be with you during the consultation as a chaperone, just inform our receptionist and a staff member will be happy to accompany you!
Please understand that it is part and parcel of the ethics of our clinic that male doctors will automatically request a female chaperone to be present should our female patient’s care require an examination of their more private regions.
Our clinic aims to cater for patients of any ethnicity, cultural background and language proficiency.
As a team, our staff are able to communicate in English and Dr Yuchen Zhang (starting March 2022) also speaks Mandarin.
However should you not be able to communicate your healthcare needs to us, you can request an interpreter before your visit.
Just inform our reception staff on booking your appointment and we will try to book one for you.
